All Canadian Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
  • 454 g (1 lb) ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) rolled oats
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) ketchup
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) mustard
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 ml (1/2 tsp) garlic powder
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Grill on medium-high for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
  3. Top with tomato and pickle slices.
