Bronzed Turkey Wing

  • Turkey wings
  • ½ c. green onions
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 gravy packs
  • Parsley flakes
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 c. water
  1. Place turkey wings in pan. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and sprinkle parsley flakes to cover wings.
  2. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Put 2 cups water in pan, place in oven on 350 degrees, uncovered, until brown. Then, mix 2 gravy packs and pour over wings. Add 2 more cups of water.
  4. Cover and let cook until tender and gravy thickens to your liking, approximately 1½ hours
