Lemon Grilled Turkey Fillets

  • 4 turkey fillets (Approx. 1” or 2.5 cm thick)
  • ½ cup lemon juice 125 ml
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil 50 ml
  • 2 tbsp onion, minced 25 ml
  • 1clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 5 ml
  • ½ tsp black pepper 2 ml
  • ½ tsp thyme leaves2 mL
  • Tabasco to taste
  1. Combine lemon juice, vegetable oil, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and thyme.
  2. Pour sauce over fillets and let marinate several hours or overnight. Lightly oil grill and preheat barbecue to medium.
  3. Place turkey fillets on grill and barbecue 8-10 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Serve these delicious turkey fillets with our favorite grilled vegetables.
