• As an alternative try turkey “drumettes” which are often sold attached to the wing. Separate the two portions and cook together using your favorite sauce.
  • To shorten baking time boil drums or wings in water for 1/2 hour before baking.
  • Save stock after boiling drums or wings to make your favorite soup.
  • If drums are too big for one serving, remove meat from the bone after cooking.  Discard bones and serve meat and sauce over a bed or rice.
