As an alternative try turkey “drumettes” which are often sold attached to the wing. Separate the two portions and cook together using your favorite sauce.
To shorten baking time boil drums or wings in water for 1/2 hour before baking.
Save stock after boiling drums or wings to make your favorite soup.
If drums are too big for one serving, remove meat from the bone after cooking. Discard bones and serve meat and sauce over a bed or rice.
