- Place oil in Teflon coated skillet; add ground turkey, salt, onion powder, cumin and garlic powder.
- Begin frying. Medium low heat.
- Combine taco seasoning with water, stir until smooth. Pour over ground mixture and increase temperature to medium high level until cooked. Approximately 6 minutes, medium heat. Set aside.
- Cream Philadelphia cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread evenly in serving dish. Top with Salsa sauce. Top cream cheese base with ground turkey mixture and garnish with peppers.
