Ingredients
  

  • 454 g 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 125 ml 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 30 ml 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 5 ml 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties. Grill on medium-high for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Top with sweet green pepper and pineapple slices.
