Turkey Taco Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg. Philadelphia light cream cheese
  • 1 container light sour cream
  • ½ pkg. Spicy Taco seasoning
  • 1/2 bottle Mild Salsa sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 lb. Ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Place oil in Teflon coated skillet; add ground turkey, salt, onion powder, cumin and garlic powder.
  • Begin frying. Medium low heat.
  • Combine taco seasoning with water, stir until smooth. Pour over ground mixture and increase temperature to medium high level until cooked. Approximately 6 minutes, medium heat. Set aside.
  • Cream Philadelphia cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread evenly in serving dish. Top with Salsa sauce. Top cream cheese base with ground turkey mixture and garnish with peppers.
