HAWAIIAN TURKEY BURGERS

Ingredients
  • 454 g (1 lb) ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) pineapple juice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) bread crumbs
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) barbecue sauce
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) ground ginger
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties. Grill on medium-high for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Top with sweet green pepper and pineapple slices.
