cooked fusilli or other pasta 1 L

Smoked Turkey Breast-cubed 750 mL

half cucumber
cut in cubes 1 half

Tomatoes

Red or yellow pepper

Dressing:

Wine vinegar 125 ml

vegetable oil 50 ml

brown sugar 15 ml

tbsp
parmesan cheese 15 ml

tsp
basil
dried 5 ml
1
tsp
garlic salt 5 ml
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except tomato.
In a small bowl, thoroughly mix dressing ingredients. Add dressing to salad and toss.
Refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavours.
Mix in tomato just before serving
