Ingredients
  

  • 454 g 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 5 ml 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 125 ml 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 15 ml 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 ml 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 ml 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 ml 1/4 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Grill on medium-high for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
  3. Top with sweet red pepper slices or fruit slices.
